This 47 minutes piano piece is an attempt to place spare notes or chords in the right sonic space with depth and retraint. "Touching Down Lightly" was recorded and mixed by John McEntire in Chicago.
It is released on the Creative Sources imprint, known for publishing works by the most in-demand improvisers in lowercase and electro-acoustic: Toshimaru Nakamura, Rafael Toral, Markus Schmickler, Günter Müller, Tetuzi Akiyama, Axel Dörner or Tony Buck.
